Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup) Baxter milk
- 250 g (1/2 container) Baxter Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) water
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1/2 ripe pear, quartered
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen spinach
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) alfalfa sprouts
- To taste fresh parsley leaves
- To taste fresh coriander leaves
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) wheat germ
- To taste celery salt
Directions
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve promptly.
